Hillside boxes.
A series of private villas are laid out as simple boxes terraced along the hillside, maximizing the plot efficiency as well as creating multi-tiered gardens and courtyards. Low tech sustainable principles are employed from passive cooling and daylighting, to rainwater harvesting, and an organic bio-filtered swimming pond.
